Spray cooler that allows to obtain the final touch of a pastry, confectionery, chocolate, desserts on the plate.
Accelerates the cooling of a chocolate or sugar piece during assembly or mounting.
Spray onto the surface to be treated in thin layers from a distance of about 20 cm.
