This stainless steel feather pattern chocolate stencil is a creation by Franck Haasnoot and meticulously manufactured by Martellato.
With a straightforward technique, you can craft delicate feathers to adorn your entremets, logs, or any other sweet confections.

Application (see video above):
Secure a strip of guitar leaf onto your work surface using a small amount of alcohol.
Dip the decorating comb into tempered chocolate and make an imprint on the guitar leaf.
After a few hours, delicately peel your decorations off the guitar sheet.
