This transfer sheet with cocoa butter colour prints allows you to print gorgeous colour designs on chocolates and pastry.

This "Spring" design is perfect for white chocolate.

How to use a chocolate transfer sheet?
Print your chocolates: spread an even layer of tempered chocolate on the sheet. Leave to stand in the cold (4 to 6°C) for at least 20 minutes before peeling off the print.

  • Ingredients: cocoa butter, tapioca starch, concentrate (safflower and lemon), E120 colour, low-fat cocoa powder
  • Substrate: 150 µ PE sheet
  • Sheet size: 40 x 25 cm
  • Storage: in a dry, odourless environment at 15-20°C
  • Packaging: Sachet of 5 sheets
