This transfer sheet with cocoa butter colour prints allows you to print gorgeous colour designs on chocolates and pastry.

This "Pink and orange leaves" design is perfect for white chocolate.

How to use a chocolate transfer sheet?
Print your chocolates: spread an even layer of tempered chocolate on the sheet. Leave to stand in the cold (4 to 6°C) for at least 20 minutes before peeling off the print.

• Ingredients: cocoa butter, tapioca starch, concentrate (safflower and lemon), sugar, concentrate (beetroot, carrot), whole milk powder, spirulina extract, low-fat cocoa powder, colouring E120, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract
• Sheet size: 40 x 25 cm - 150 microns
• Storage: in a dry, odourless environment at 15-20°C
