This transfer sheet with cocoa butter colour prints allows you to print gorgeous colour designs on chocolates and pastry.

This "Green leaves" design is perfect for white chocolate.

How to use a chocolate transfer sheet?
Print your chocolates: spread an even layer of tempered chocolate on the sheet. Leave to stand in the cold (4 to 6°C) for at least 20 minutes before peeling off the print.

• Ingredients: cocoa butter, concentrate (safflower and lemon), tapioca starch, spirulina extract, sugar, whole milk powder, low-fat cocoa powder, E120 colouring agent, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract.
• Substrate: 150 µ PE sheet
• Sheet size: 40 x 25 cm
• Storage: in a dry, odourless environment at 15-20°C
• Packaging: Sachet of 5 sheets
