The Pavoni "Fringe" mold is ideal for making a magnificent tiered chocolate Christmas tree.
The set consists of 4 plates used to make the 7 rings and a mold for the tree trunk.
Temper your chocolate in a bain-marie before pouring it into each of the cavities of the "Fringe" mould.
Be sure to distribute the chocolate evenly over the entire indentation before turning over to remove the excess chocolate.
Don't hesitate to chill your mold for at least 30 minutes for easier unmolding.
Once unmolded, use tempered chocolate to assemble the rings on the trunk by size from largest to smallest.
Can be used a limited number of times.
Hand wash recommended (no dishwasher).
