Cane sugar naturally presents various shades, ranging from white and blond to brown. To infuse a touch of fun and originality, Atelier Ercus incorporates only natural colourings such as lemon extract, beetroot, or spirulina. Elegantly presented in a small box, these petite sugar flowers remain well-preserved and can also serve as charming gifts.
