This matte-effect colour spray expands the existing range of pearl velvet sprays, offering pastry chefs even more colour options and creative freedom.

Applications:
Before use, allow the bottle to reach room temperature for at least 2 hours.
As the aerosol is extremely flammable, do not preheat the spray in a bain-marie — the heat may cause it to burst.
Shake well before use and spray a thin, even layer at a distance of 25-30 cm from the surface.
Apply directly to frozen desserts.
Avoid excessive application. Wait 4 hours before serving.
