Black food colouring powder soluble in water (E151/E102/E122/E131).
Ideal for all types of sugar work and decorations in pastry and confectionery.

Simply use the equivalent of the tip of a knife for 1 litre of preparation.

Note:
1 - May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children.
2 - The black and white are the hardest colours to obtain in pastry.
We suggest you to use black colour powder in a dark preparation (containing chocolate or cocoa powder for instance) for best results.
When starting with a white preparation such as meringue, it is almost impossible to obtain an intense dark colour with powder: it will turn grey, or dark grey at best.
