Power Flowers Blue Non-Azo Dye comes in the form of small solid flowers made from cocoa butter and E133 blue dye.
Its high pigment concentration guarantees excellent colouring performance, both in visual quality and ease of use.

Each flower weighs approximately 1g — simply break off the desired number of petals and incorporate them into your preparation to achieve the perfect shade.

A major advantage of the Power Flowers range is the Power Flowers mobile app, designed to help users create their own custom colours.
Available exclusively on the Apple Store (the Android version is no longer supported), the app precisely indicates how many petals to use to achieve a particular tone based on 400g of white chocolate.

In addition to chocolate, Power Flowers can be used in a wide variety of fat-based preparations such as sugar paste, marzipan, icings, creams, ice creams, and cake batters.
Colour tones may vary slightly depending on the composition of each product.
You can also mix different Power Flowers colours to create an endless range of unique shades.

Power Flowers Blue Non-Azo Dye delivers vibrant, uniform results and complies with all European food colouring regulations (EU 1333/2008).
It contains no azo compounds — a group of nitrogen-based substances that can trigger allergic reactions in some individuals.
Please note that only the white Power Flowers colouring, which contains E171, has been banned in France.
