Fermiline® Viennoiserie is an improving agent to help you get puff pastry and brioche with a delicate flaky effect and a perfectly soft texture.

Add Fermiline® powder at the start of the kneading process.

  • Ingredients: wheat flour, malted wheat flour, emulsifier: E472e, rapeseed lecithin, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid, enzymes: alpha-amylase, hemicellulase. May contain traces of milk, soy, sesame and eggs.
