This raspberry filling is a ready-to-use paste for use in tarts, Linzer cookies, doughnuts, biscuits or desserts.

It contains seeds for an even more natural texture and appearance.
It is rich in flavour and naturally coloured, with no additives or added flavourings.

Its special feature is that it remains stable when baked in the oven at up to 190°C.
Unipatis raspberry filling with seeds is also ideal for freezing and thawing.

• Ingredients: raspberry purée and raspberry pieces 47%, water, sugar, dehydrated glucose syrup, pectin, vegetable colouring extracts from radish, apple and blackcurrant, citric acid.
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature (10-25°C). Sensitive to strong odours. Consume as soon as possible after opening.
