These oval-shaped perforated tart rings are made from composite material using the new Thermoplus T-Plus technology.
They are very rigid and ultra-resistant.
The perforations ensure perfectly even cooking and perfect browning of the pastry.
Removing the tart from the ring is easy, as is cleaning, since the perforated tart ring can go straight from the freezer to the oven and then into the dishwasher.
This design is one of Silikomart's new products for 2025 and offers a soft and original shape for all sweet or savoury tarts.
The oval perforated tart ring kit is sold with a double cutter for cutting and lining the pastry in the rings (please note that this cutter is not ovenproof).
