This unique set of triangle rings allows you to shape your tartlets to look like pieces cut from a whole tart.
Following your inspiration, play with the flavour and colour associations of your choice! The triangular shapes give each piece a generous amount of crust for an original contrasting effect.
The composition combinations are endless: shape your tarlets into round tarts, strips, stars, hexagons...
Used in combination with the appropriate cutter (sold separately), the dough is cut to the exact dimensions to create neat and clean edges for a perfect results.
These rings are made from stainless steel.
