Rectangular tart mould with removable bottom, fully perforated (edge and bottom), in ultra-resistant stainless steel.
Ø 2 mm perforations over the entire surface provides perfectly even and optimised cooking. Result: crispy dough!
Removable bottom for easy release and cleaning.
Mould supplied with a non-stick baking sheet that can be reused 200 times. The sheet is cut to the shape of the mould.
