This is the concept devised by Tristan Rousselot and brought to life by Silikomart.
A new product for 2026 showcasing his artistic talents and his experience as a pastry chef, and later as an instructor, at prestigious establishments such as Christophe Michalak's, Akrame, the Ritz-Escoffier cooking school and with the teams at the Prince of Wales.

Thanks to the non-stick properties of silicone, your 8 coffee beans will come out of the mould with ease. All you need to do is add the finishing touch of your choice: fresh fruit, icing, velvet sprinkles...

Made from 100% Italian-made platinum silicone, this 8-coffee-bean mould withstands temperatures ranging from -60°C to +230°C, ensuring perfect results whether in a blast chiller, freezer or oven.
Your creations will faithfully reproduce every detail of the mould.
No greasing is required for demoulding.
It comes with a cutter.
