This pâté en croûte mould is available in a large size and meets a constant demand from our community.
The perforations allow for even baking of the dough, particularly for pâtés en croûte, but also for moulded breads, speciality breads, brioche sausages, gingerbread and savoury and sweet cakes.
Can be used with baking paper for certain softer doughs.
A professional tool, robust thanks to its all-stainless steel design.
When unfolded, removing the pastry from the mould is child's play, as is cleaning it.
Not dishwasher safe.
