This perforated stainless steel mould is specially designed for making mini pâté en croûte.
It comes in two sizes to suit everyone's needs.
The perforations allow for even baking of the dough, particularly pâté en croûte, but also moulded breads, speciality breads, brioche sausages, gingerbread and savoury and sweet cakes.
Can be used with baking paper for certain softer doughs.
A professional tool, robust thanks to its stainless steel design.
When unfolded, removing the pastry from the mould is child's play, as is cleaning it.
Not dishwasher safe.
