No need to grease the mould if there is fat in the dough.
However, we recommend greasing to add flavour and colour to the dough.
Exoglass® moulds have the advantage of low inertia to heat. They can be handled without danger a few seconds after removing from the oven for a perfect release. Perfect results every time when releasing the shapes from the mould.
