This silicone baking mat is designed for the preparation of choux puffs and éclairs with perfect baking results.
The circulation of warm air under the mat ensures the right colouring along with a soft bake.

On one side, 20 circle marks Ø 5 and 3cm allow you to create regular choux puffs.
On the other side, 14 oval marks 12 x 2.5cm allow you to create regular éclair shapes.
Place the silicone mat on a perforated baking sheet or a rack.
