Use only fresh eggs coming from the fridge, the separation will be easier and more efficient. Using eggs at ambient temperature may occure breaking yellows.
The eggs separator must always be carefully washed before and after use : whites and yellows are "sticking", so that could bother the flowing of the eggs.
