Vijaya's organic Sultanine raisins are grown in Greece using traditional methods: the vines dedicated to this specific variety of white 'Sultanine' grapes are cultivated without pesticides or synthetic fertilisers.
The winegrowers favour sustainable practices: soil cultivation, natural fertilisation, sustainable irrigation and biological pest control.
The grapes are then harvested when their sugar content is at its highest.
Natural drying allows the water to be gradually removed while preserving the fruit's aromas and nutrients.

They are highly prized in pastries and Viennese pastries, but also for making delicious homemade cereal mixes, sweet and savoury oriental recipes, or in sauces or meat stuffings, to add sweetness and creaminess.

• Store in a cool (max. 5°C), dry place away from light. Avoid significant temperature fluctuations. Do not store near strong odours (coffee, tobacco, spices, etc.).
