These organic dried wild blueberries come from berries harvested in their natural environment, in unspoilt Canadian forests, where they grow without human intervention.

The wild blueberries are hand-picked when perfectly ripe. Their small size, intense flavour and natural concentration of antioxidants set them apart from cultivated blueberries. Organic certification guarantees that the picking areas are free from chemical treatments.

After harvesting, the berries are sorted to remove leaves, stems and damaged fruit, then gently cleaned to preserve their fragile skin.
They are then infused in concentrated apple juice, gently dried to preserve their qualities and intense colour, and lightly sprayed with oil to preserve them.

Uses:
Wild blueberries are delicious in dishes such as granola, muesli, porridge and yoghurt for breakfast.
They can also be used to flavour biscuits, muffins, breads and cakes.
And, of course, they can be used in savoury dishes or as an accompaniment to cheese (sheep's, goat's, etc.).
