Vijaya candied lemon peel sticks are made from organic lemons grown without pesticides or additives.
Once harvested at maturity, they are cleaned, sorted, cut into strips and then candied in a mixture of sugar and cane syrup.
This candying process preserves the taste and qualities of the fruit while reducing its acidity. These lemon peel sticks become tasty and soft.

They can be used in sweet or savoury dishes (tajines, marinades), in pastries, baked goods and chocolates.
They are found in brioches, crown cakes, panettones, biscuits and more.
These strips add a fresh and authentic note to all preparations.
