Moulin de la Bresse's tomato and basil vinegar, a classic yet timeless product, is one of the range's favourites.
Made from French tomatoes, it is both fresh and aromatic.

Drizzled with a little extra virgin olive oil, it perfectly enhances summer salads, mozzarella, burrata, vegetables, and grilled meat or fish.
It can also be used to deglaze a dish or add an original and flavourful touch to a sauce.

Ideal pairings: tabbouleh, cod fillet, beef, bruschetta, aubergine gratin, ratatouille.
