Curry comes from the work 'kari' in Tamil which means 'sauce' or 'stew'.
There are probably as many curry blends as there are regions in India and South East Asia.
The seven seas curry blend is one of the ancient recipes used by the Tamil people.
This mild blend has delightful notes of cinnamon and coriander with a gentle chilli kick. It pairs well with rice dishes, Indian sauces and meat or fish stews.
