These pasta are made with spring water and French durum wheat, carefully shaped to achieve a twisted texture that adds a distinctive touch. The gradual drying process and the quality of the semolina used make these tortillons a dish of remarkable digestibility.
During preparation, favor the use of a spacious saucepan by adding 1 liter of water per 100 g of dry tortillon, or approximately 3 liters of water to cook 250 g of tortillon. Submerge the tortillons in boiling water, then follow the cooking time indicated on the label once the water resumes boiling. Afterwards, drain and serve hot! Enjoy your meal!
