We selected this surprising Canadian blend of spices which remains widely unknown outside Canada.
Legend has it that this spice blend was created when a Canadian trapper mistakenly threw salt in his maple syrup. Since he didn't want to spoil this precious sugar, he used this accidental mix on buffalo meat!
The Trapper spice blend is a great addition to red meat, poultry, duck, vegetables, etc.
