This pear vinegar has a beautiful clear colour with golden highlights and offers a lovely balance between light acidity and naturally sweet notes, evoking ripe, juicy and slightly floral pears.
Highly versatile, it adds a refined touch to vinaigrettes, vegetable or fruit salads, and pairs perfectly with cheeses, especially blue cheeses or fresh cheeses. It also delicately accompanies white meats, poultry or fish, and can even be used to deglaze or flavour light sauces.
