Description

Villars' Nekli blond chocolate stands out for its rich aroma and smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture.
Its pronounced milky caramel profile, reminiscent of dulce de leche, is complemented by buttery notes and subtly balanced with hints of biscuit and salt.
A truly indulgent blond chocolate with a distinctive character.

Uses:
Nekli 28% blond chocolate is ideal for mousses, creams and ganaches.
It is also well suited to decorations, coatings and chocolate bars.

You may notice a slight printing flaw on our lovely packaging.
As part of our eco-conscious approach, we chose to use them rather than waste them.

  • Temperature curve: melting point 43-44°C - crystallisation onset 26-27°C - working temperature 27.5-29°C).
  • Ingredients: sugar*, cocoa butter, whole milk powder*, caramel powder (skimmed milk, whey, sugar, butter* (milk), flavouring), whey powder*, rapeseed lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring (*Ingredients of Swiss origin)
  • Storage: Store in a dry place (humidity below 60%). Temperature between 16°C and 18°C. Protect from light and odours.
