This transfer sheet with cocoa butter colour prints allows you to print gorgeous colour designs on chocolates and pastry.

This "Red stripes" design is perfect for dark or milk chocolate.

How to use a chocolate transfer sheet?
Print your chocolates: spread an even layer of tempered chocolate on the sheet. Leave to stand in the cold (4 to 6°C) for at least 20 minutes before peeling off the print.

• Ingredients: cocoa butter, E100 colouring, sugar, E120 colouring, whole milk powder, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract
• Substrate: 150 µ PE sheet
• Sheet size: 40 x 25 cm
• Storage: in a dry, odourless environment at 15-20°C
• Packaging: Sachet of 5 sheets
