This transfer sheet with cocoa butter colour prints allows you to print gorgeous colour designs on chocolates and pastry.

This "Cherry tree" design is perfect for white chocolate.

How to use a chocolate transfer sheet?
Print your chocolates: spread an even layer of tempered chocolate on the sheet. Leave to stand in the cold (4 to 6°C) for at least 20 minutes before peeling off the print.

• Ingredients: cocoa butter, low-fat cocoa powder, tapioca starch, concentrate (safflower and lemon), sugar, cocoa beans, spirulina extract, E120 colouring agent, whole milk powder, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract.
• Substrate: 150 µ PE sheet
• Sheet size: 40 x 25 cm
• Storage: in a dry, odourless environment at 15-20°C
• Packaging : Sachet of 5 sheets
