This glossy dark chocolate glaze is the ideal shortcut when you don't have time to prepare a homemade mirror glaze for your entremets or frozen desserts.
It delivers an elegant, mirror-like shine paired with an intense chocolate flavour.

How to use your cake glaze:
Melt the glaze in a bain-marie or microwave (defrost mode) and heat to 45-50°C.
Remove your cake from the freezer a few minutes beforehand to avoid condensation.
Spread with a spatula or pour in a circular motion over the frozen cake for a flawless finish.
