This icing mix provides a professional finish for your fruit tarts and cakes.
Instructions for a tart serving 5-6 people:
Dissolve 25 g of sugar in 125 ml of water in a saucepan.
Sprinkle in the contents of one sachet and stir until completely dissolved.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then simmer for 1 minute.
Using a soft brush, spread the icing evenly over the cooled tart.
Let the icing set for 1 hour at room temperature or 15 minutes in the fridge.
