This metallic red food colouring brings a dazzling finish to your desserts, perfect for festive occasions such as end-of-year celebrations, weddings and more.
It is particularly valued for its intense shine.

It is used exclusively as a surface colouring and should not be incorporated into mixtures.
Ideal for decorating chocolates, sugar paste, marzipan, macarons or desserts — it adapts to a wide variety of applications.

For a glittery effect: sprinkle the metallic powder directly onto the surface to be decorated or spread it gently with your finger.
For greater precision (e.g. sugar paste decorations): apply with a fine brush.
To create edible paint: dilute the powder in alcohol and apply with a brush.
To make sparkling chocolate sweets: sprinkle a little metallic powder into the chocolate mould; the colouring will transfer when the chocolates are released.
