Gel food colouring is a highly concentrated colouring agent in paste form, so the formulation is particularly suitable for colouring marzipan, butter-cream, royal icing, whipped cream and sugar-based creams and products.

• Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, water.
• Dosage: 4g/kg
• Use: incorporate the colouring gel directly into the preparation to be tinted in the mass.
• Neutral, slightly sweet taste.
• Colours: orange E102, E129
• Additives: E422, E406, E330, E202
• Capacity: Bottle of 100 g
