Since the flavour of coconut is concentrated in its fats, this paste instantly and evenly imparts an intense coconut taste to any preparation.
Supplied in the form of "shavings," it is recommended whenever you want to obtain or enhance a natural coconut flavour.
As consumers often look for both taste and texture, coconut paste is ideally used in combination with grated coconut.
