This crispy filling with white chocolate, lemon, yuzu and meringue is a ready-to-use paste for an insert in a dessert (Trianon type).
The crispy fillings range uses noble ingredients, ready to use for desserts, sweets and chocolates.
These crunchies made with fruit powder and crunchies will enhance the lightness of your fruit preparations and add a touch of freshness to your desserts. Rich in flavour, they are naturally coloured.
Use at room temperature or after a few moments in the microwave.

• Ingredients: white chocolate 54% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), broken biscuit (wheat flour, sugar, concentrated butter, sunflower oil, skimmed milk powder, barley malt, salt), broken meringue (sugar, egg white, wheat starch), rapeseed oil, yuzu and lemon powder 6%, vegetable extracts of safflower and lemon (processed with water and maltodextrin, citric acid).
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature (10-25°C). Sensitive to strong odours. Consume as soon as possible after opening.
