This crunchy pistachio filling is a ready-to-use paste, perfect as an insert for entremets such as Trianon.
Part of the crispy fillings range, it is made with premium ingredients and designed for use in desserts, sweets, and chocolates.

Ready to use at room temperature or after a brief moment in the microwave, it stays deliciously crunchy even after defrosting.

Applications:
Spread directly onto a biscuit base, tartlet or choux éclair. It can also be used in chocolate making as a candy filling, or in catering for decorative plate presentations.

• Ingredients: white chocolate 54% (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), broken biscuit (wheat flour, sugar, concentrated butter, sunflower oil, skimmed milk powder, barley malt, salt), rapeseed oil, pistachio paste 13%, sorbitol, soya lecithin, vegetable extracts of safflower and spirulina (processed with water, sucrose syrup, maltodextrin and citric acid), flavourings, fleur de sel.
• Storage: store in a cool, dry place at room temperature (10-25°C). Sensitive to strong odours. Consume as soon as possible after opening.
