This very practical decoration tool allows you to first cut and mark the dough in the shape of a snowflake and then to eject the cut dough with the pusher.
Ideal for use with sugar dough, decor dough, cookie dough or marzipan.
Instructions
1/ Roll out your cookie dough on a non-stick surface, or sprinkle your work surface with flour or icing sugar.
2/ Push the cookie cutter into the cookie dough without pressing the plunger.
3/ With the cutter still in the dough, press down on the plunger to emboss the patterns on the flake.
4/ Press the plunger again to release the flake.
