The Pavoni spherical pastry mould is made of stainless steel.
It can be used to make regular spheres out of puff pastry.
Its lid attaches to the base with notches.
It is advisable to lightly grease the mould before use.
The resulting sphere can be filled with cream or any other filling made from chocolate, praline or fruit.
It was designed in collaboration with Cesare Murzilli, executive pastry chef at the 10_11 restaurant in Milan, where he finally settled after years of experience around the world, notably alongside Emmanuele Forcone.
