The traditional mould for making delicious plain or flavoured flans!
Made from 18/10 stainless steel, it's sturdy and easy to clean.
Simply pour the mixture into the mould and place it in a container filled with water to bake in a bain-marie.
The lid protects and preserves the flan.
Everyone is free to prepare a caramel beforehand and pour it into the bottom of the mould before placing the preparation to be baked. But this is not compulsory.
There are many recipes for sweet or savoury flans.
The result is a fresh, silky texture that appeals to everyone.
Applications:
Various ingredients can be added to the preparation for maximum indulgence: pieces of madeleine (as in the Spanish version), broken biscuits, fruit, etc.
A vanilla pod scraped and infused in the milk with a touch of rum, without anything else, can also make a traditional and delicious plain flan!
