The perfect addition to crepes, waffles, ice cream and cakes, or for decorating your plated desserts and dishes, you will love this extra indulgent sauce.
This caramel speciality will become one of your favourite toppings.
The pinch of salt from Guérande brings a unique twist to this delicious caramel sauce.

Ingredients: Sugar 36%, crème fraiche (milk) 35%, butter (milk) 18%, glucose syrup 10.4%, salt from Guérande 0.5%, fleur de sel from Guérande 0.1%.
