Inspired by the Salidou caramel sauce, these salted butter caramel flakes will add the perfect finishing touch to your desserts.
Sprinkle over ice cream, whipped creams and any dessert... These salted caramel flakes also make the perfect inclusion for all your pastry preparations.
Store in a cool, dry room in original packaging.

Ingredients: Glucose syrup, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, unsalted butter (milk) 1.5%, salted butter <0.5%, salt from Guérande 0.3%.
Best before date: 12 months (in a dry, cool room). Refrigerate after opening.

Based on the Quiberon island in Brittany for over 70 years, Maison d'Armorine is specialised in the local tradition of salted butter caramel. They are one of the last confectioners to preserve the artisanal family tradition of caramel sweets and Salidou caramel cream.
