Stock management and service quality are at the heart of our business. All stocks and availabilities are updated in real time. Therefore, if a product is marked "in stock", we do confirm it is available and you can order it to receive as soon as possible.
We are in daily contact with our suppliers who share updated information on stocks and supply times. You can still add products marked "on order" to your basket. However, we invite you to contact our customer service via this form to confirm availability of the products you wish to purchase.
Customer service quality is our priority! We continue to offer same day dispatch for all orders placed before 12pm when all items are in stock.
We have put hygiene measures in place in strict compliance with advice from public health authorities.
We are operating with a reduced number of volunteering staff to process your orders.
Our courier service providers continue to ship your orders. However, a series of adjustments have been made.
Pickup delivery: In order to mitigate the spread of Coronavirus and to further reduce comings and goings at collection stores, we have decided to disable the pickup delivery option until further notice.
Home delivery: 3 home delivery options are currently available.
In compliance with the latest public health guidelines, all DPD sites are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized twice a week to protect workers and customers. Therefore, there will be no dispatch of DPD parcels from the Meilleur du Chef warehouse on Wednesdays and Fridays. This incurs an average delay of 24 hours for delivery.
Please note the DPD Predict service, which allows you to select a delivery window, is suspended until further notice.
The delivery of your parcel is contact-free, thanks to a secret code sent to you via text message and email.
Home deliveries take place from Wednesday to Friday and are contact-free.
The average delay for delivery is between 48 and 72 hours.
The 24H express delivery service continues to operate as normal. The delivery of your parcel will take place between 8am and 6pm.

DPD can no longer ship orders to Italy, Austria, Bulgaria and Czech Republic.

UPS has not yet reported any restrictions affecting deliveries to international destinations.
You can still return your parcel from France with Colissimo. However, please note that some post offices are currently closed. You will find the list of opened post offices.
In case you do not wish to go to a post office or if you are outside France, please contact our customer service via this form. We will find the best possible solution together.
