Codineige is a non-melting topping sugar.
This icing sugar is a snow-white fine powder, mainly used to add a perfect finish to your baked cakes and desserts.
Resistant to humidity and moisture, this decorating sugar won't melt or disappear, even under plastic or when used on icing, mousse or whipped cream.
It is also an excellent choice when used on fresh muffins or doughnuts.
Ingredients: Dextrose (corn and/or wheat), corn starch, hydrogenated vegetable fat, anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, calcium phosphate), flavouring.
Traces of wheat and oat.
Use: This icing sugar should be drizzled on cakes using a sifter or shaker.
Resistant to moisture; does not melt.
Store in a cool and dry room, preferably in an airtight container.
