Unlike fat-soluble colourings, fat-dispersible powders are designed to be applied with a brush or sprayed on the surface of decorations and chocolates. They will not dissolve in a pastry preparation or mass.
The high concentration of this food colour requires an accurate dosage.
Food colourings should be tested before use, particularly in extreme conditions (temperature, light, storage...).
Possible interactions with other components or ingredients or with manufacturing processes cannot be foreseen.
Recommended quantity: 0.1g per kg.
