Use recommendations for the Flexipan range:

• If you are using a ventilated oven, we recommend placing the Flexipan mould on a baking rack or perforated baking sheet (3 sizes available below) to allow a better circulation of the air.

• Never place a Flexipan mould in the oven when the cavities are empty.
• As a general rule, the preparation should be released immediately after you remove the mould from the oven. For more delicate preparation (genoise sponge cake, dacquoise biscuit), it is recommended to let cool a bit before any release operation.
• Nevet cut or slice your preparation directly into the Flexipan mould.
• Never cut a Flexipan mould into several parts.

Cleaning instructions:
Flexipan moulds should be cleaned after each use. According to the preparation used in the mould, simply soak or rinse with hot water. If this is not sufficient, use a non-scratch sponge and clean with hot water and a gentle cleaning agent.

Flexipan moulds are manufactured in over 80 different shapes and in 3 different standard formats: pâtissier (60 x 40 cm and 40 x 30cm) and gastronorm (GN 1/2 - 32.5 x 26.5cm).
