200g preparation for mousse entremets, 250g lukewarm water, 1kg unsweetened whipped cream
Beat the cream with a mixer at medium speed until foamy.
The whipped cream should not be firm.
Using a whisk, combine the mousse preparation with water and leave to set for a few seconds.
Add 1/4 of the whipped cream while whisking vigorously, then add the rest of the cream and combine gently.
Pour into mould and refrigerate.
