Recipe with flavouring/alcohol base:
Dilute the preparation with water (mixed with flavouring and alcohol), then incorporate the Chantilly cream or vegetable cream slowly and combine gently.
Use the cream immediately for filling your cake or pastry. Store in the fridge, then glaze and add decorations.
Ingredients for 200 grams of powder:
300g water (at 20-25°C) + flavouring or alcohol
1kg Chantilly cream or vegetable cream with 10% sugar
